Neo Babel Metropolis is a large, crowded ancient city that is rich in cultural and ethnic diversity. There is a governance regime in which the city's leaders are appointed by the city council.

This government regime has existed since the city's inception. Members of the city council must be people with magical abilities. Since the creation of the city, a contract with the ancient gods has given rise to this power. which endowed them with the power of mythical gods and beasts.

However, those who received these special powers were female only. These abilities are passed down through the generations among family members. Only those who have been granted this extraordinary power will become members of the Council. and is the city's ruling class.

The Q-Sister Secret Association is a secret society for high school girls. A female high school students from one of the city's top schools, of which the association is a part of the city council.

The members of the Q-Sister are chosen. From the bloodline daughters of the ruling class's superpowers in the council. The group's main goal is to spread propaganda among the city's youth. to support them because they will step into the role as a member of the council and become the city's ruler in the future.

The Q-Sister members are: 1) Medusa Kara (Team leader) 2) Griffin Bella 3) Mermaid Yoko 4) Minotaur Alice 5) Chimera Lita 6) Sphinx Emma 7) Hippocampus Stella.

But then one day, A young woman named Nina appears, who possesses the powers of Hercules, the same superhuman power as the members of the ruling council. But she's just an orphan. The ruling class and the council appear to be unrelated.

The supreme governor and council took precedence over her. Nina's prospective danger to the council was a source of anxiety. Consequently, the decision was made to eliminate her. The council then commands Professor Zero to mentor and control the Q-Sister in order to carry out their plan to eliminate Nina.

Nina, on the other hand, is not interested in fighting with the Q-Sisters; instead, she fights to protect herself. And, most importantly, she needs to find the truth about her origins. How did she acquire this magical ability? Professor Zero is the person who knows the most about it.

Hercules Nina

A girl who lost her left arm since she was a baby and grew up in an orphanage. She knows neither her parents nor her past. Only knew from others saying, a man left her at the orphanage on a rainy night. Growing up, she won a scholarship to one of the city's best schools. She has a best friends named “Kenny”.

To find the truth about her origins, she must fight the Q-sister and defeat Professor Zero.

Medusa Kara

The leader of the Q-Sister with a strong and determined character and intelligence. Her family has groomed her to value honor. Her happiness is based on dignity and honor. Her pride was her appointment as the Q-Sister Secret Society leader by the City Council.

She is the group's big sister. She is Bella's best friend and the only one who doubts the story about Professor Zero's and Bella.

Griffin Bella

Born into a wealthy family of aristocratic wealth, she is a stern and intelligent young lady. Her parents died when she was still a child. Her grandfather and grandmother have raised her to be a perfect young lady. She believed that Nina's parents were the cause of her parents' death, so she despised Nina.

Furthermore, she has a past and complex relationship with Professor Zero that she is unaware of.

Mermaid Yoko

A girl with a passion for classical music. She has a high level of musical ability and is determined to become a famous musician in the future. She believed that the Council's influence and her ability would bring her closer to her dreams.

She is in love with Luke, a classmate from the same high school and gave him a birthday gift that leads him to the battlefield of the Q-Sister.

Minotaur Alice

Athletic girl with the power of the Minotaur spirit. She yearned for Nina's superpowers because she thought that the power of Hercules, the graceful god, was more suited to her than the power of the Minotaur, that hideous beast. On the other hand, her Minotaur demonic power spirit really liked her. and willing to die for her.

Chimera Lita

A girl who is student idol with great scientific knowledge. As a child, she was close to and liked Kenny, but as they grew up, Kenny became close friends with Nina, which made her jealous and disliked Nina.

Sphinx Emma

She is interested in linguistics also enjoys reading and spending time in the library. She's a cat lover. She dislikes the Q-Sister battle's style as well as the Council's commands.

She can use various magic she learnt from ancient mystical books much like a witch. Stella is her closet companion.

Hippocampus Stella

The naivest in the group, she is a little mischievous, cheerful and eager to learn new things. She is proud of her power because she loves the sea. Her power is the guardian of the sea and the Poseidon. She is very positive and easy to trust others. Thus, she is the one who is easily deceived into doing the most horrible things.

Professor Zero

A middle-aged man who works for the city council and was tasked by the City Council to lead the Q-Sister to kill Nina. He is an ordinary man with no magical abilities. He relies on a Moonlight Staff, which can heal wounds and could borrow gods' and beasts' attacking power for a limited time.

Professor Zero knew about Nina's past and why Nina, like the Council’s ruling class, has superpowers. However, everything has always been kept hidden.

Kenny

Nina's best friend, a geek who help Nina fight the Q-Sister. Despite having no superpowers at all. Kenny is passionate about invention. He built a drone to aid Nina on the battlefield.

He envisioned himself as an engineer in the future and will make Nina a mechanical arm to replace her missing arm, because Kenny was secretly in love with Nina.

Luke

Yoko's boyfriend who receives a rubric toy as a birthday present from Yoko. The rubric is actually the key to opening the door of some mysterious power. Luke was drawn to the battle of the Q-Sister despite not knowing the nature of his gift.

Mr. Phantom

The mysterious man is neither friend nor enemy. Helping Nina when Nina is in a dangerous situation, but sometimes tricking Nina into the trap of the Q-Sister, and he also had a Moonlight Staff similar to Professor Zero.
